The women’s football club Okayama Yunogo Belle, competing in the Nadeshiko League Division 1, announced on Monday that midfielder Honoka Inoue from the club’s U-18 team has been registered as a dual-eligible player, allowing her to also represent the senior squad.
Inoue, a promising young talent, will now have the opportunity to train and compete with the first team under the “two-type registration” system, which permits youth players to gain experience at the senior level while retaining their eligibility for U-18 matches. The move underscores the club’s commitment to developing homegrown talent and bridging the gap between its youth academy and professional ranks.
The Okayama-based side plans to integrate Inoue gradually into the senior setup, with her debut expected in upcoming league fixtures. The registration comes as part of the club’s broader strategy to strengthen the squad through internal promotion. Honoka Inoue expressed her excitement about the opportunity and vowed to work hard to contribute to the team’s success in the Nadeshiko League.
